All,
We seem to have a nice size group heading out for this Sunday's hike in Pennypack Park. We'll be meeting at 12:30PM at the Pennypack Watershed parking area off of Edgehill Road (by entrance to June Fete). The hike is approx. 5 miles - following compass settings along the route.
Do not forget comfortable shoes/boots, daypack with plenty of water, energy snacks, COMPASS, whistle, appropriate clothing, etc.
Other stuff:
Please stay on top of your Wreath Fundraising as everything must be turned in on Thursday 11/12.
Please help Jason S. with his Eagle Project - coat collection - see his email for specifics.
Please help Chris B. with his Eagle Project - new sweatshirts/pants & other supplies for our soldiers serving overseas - see his email for specifics.
Next Thursday Troop Meeting - Patrol First Aid Competition by Nick B. - review your First Aid

We have extended the time you have to make your sales!
We would like to have orders and money handed in by Thursday November 12th. The wreaths will be delivered the week of December 4th. We plan to distribute wreaths on December 5th.
I would like you to email or bring in a hard copy of your order filled into the Wreath Tally Sheet 2009 . This will make it easy for us to put an accurate order together. If you have any questions, please call!
We will need help organizing the wreaths. Once the wreaths and candles are delivered, we will need help organizing the orders. We will probably look to do that on Friday, December 4th.
We will not be able to add to the order once it is submitted. If you don't turn in your order by November 12th, it will not be placed!

I've loaded the fundraising documents to the website.
Wreath Letter 2009 describes our goals for the fundraiser.
Wreath Tally Sheet 2009 to help you keep track of your orders.
Wreath and Candle Flier 2009 contains the color glossy documents for the items.
The spreadsheet contains instructions, price sheet and order sheet. Please let me know if you have any questions or problems.
